PATHWAY to Excellence Using the Conscious Discipline Approach!

Conscious Discipline (CD) is a comprehensive, adult-first, trauma-responsive approach to self-regulation, wellness, and classroom management that is practiced by 20 million adults worldwide.

Do you work in Cabarrus County with children 0-5 years old?
Cabarrus Partnership for Children is sponsoring CD training at NO COST!!!

This transformational program is designed to develop awareness, shift mindsets, and build fundamental skills in staff and parents so they can effectively instill these same skills in children. As adults learn to change their perceptions and responses, they can create an environment of safety and connection that fosters learning and problem-solving. Conscious Discipline’s field-tested best practices have been cultivated over more than 25 years to provide lasting results for achievement, self-regulation, community-building, and staff retention.

Transformation and Sustainability Process Transformation is a journey, not a destination. Each phase of the Conscious Discipline plan forges new skills through professional development with administrators, staff, and parents, including multi-day experiential events, onsite training and coaching, and e-Course facilitation. Throughout the process, Conscious Discipline Certified Instructors provide coaching and feedback to accelerate your organization’s transformational journey and help establish self-sustaining policies and practices for continuous growth over time. Research-based program that transforms school culture, discipline strategies, and self-regulation skills to optimize academic achievement.

What Others Say About Us

Judy Walker
Owner, Primrose School at Afton
Primrose School at Afton Village recently attended a training hosted by P.U.R.E. Excellence. I would highly recommend this training for any Early Childhood Teacher or Leadership Member. The information was very relevant, helpful and inspiring. Our team has already implemented some of the tools and techniques that were shared during the training and are very pleased with the results we are seeing. We are looking forward to attending more trainings hosted by P.U.R.E. Excellence!

After this class, I will take much of this information to my classroom to help support other teachers. I am especially excited to try individualized schedules for some of my students as well as using the greeting apron. I also plan to give more jobs to my students.
